  1. Version 1.31 Notes 3/19/96 --------------
  2. 1. Focus change from text viewer to Image viewer is fixed.
  3. 2. Multiple Image Viewer windows are allowed.
  4. 3. Save Image to File is available, click mouse button 2
  5.     on the image you wish to save.
  6. 4. LOGO screen will automatically dismiss itself in registered
  7.     version.
  8. 5. Help file can be viewed from the Menu.
  9. 6. Weather Robot included for automatic text forecast download
  10.     to file.  Handles many cities at once, each to it's
  11.     own filename. 
  12. 7. Updated INSTALL.CMD to add ICON for WEATHER Robot.

  14. (No new cities or countries in this version.)

  16. WARNING:
  17. Option settings affect all Image Viewers at once, be careful
  18. about running multiple viewers that update the desktop.  
  19.  
  20. Results are unpredictable when two image sessions attempt to 
  21. change the desktop background at the same time.

  25. Copy contents of diskette to your PMWEATHER subdirectory and
  26. UNZIP PMWEATHR.ZIP
  27. (Overwrite the old files so it will updated all code to latest version.)
