  1.  ** UNRARWIN **

  3. UNRARWIN is a port of the UNRAR 1.01 code to Windows 3.1, and allows
  4. you to extract from, view and test archives created by the RAR
  5. archiver (up to version 1.55). It can also process RAR self
  6. extracting files (SFX's) created for DOS use.

  8. Documentation consists of the program Help file. UNRARWIN is intended
  9. to be run interactively, but you can also specify command line
  10. arguments very similar to those for the DOS UNRAR if you want to.

  12. RAR itself is an excellent archive program which, by a combination of
  13. good conventional compression, a 'crush' function to combine similar
  14. files to make the compression more effective, and a versatile
  15. interactive interface, has developed an enthusiastic following.
  16. UNRARWIN is a member of a group of Freeware programs which enable you
  17. to handle RAR archives on a wide variety of platforms.

  19. The UNRAR 1.01 code is the intellectual property of Eugene Roshal.
  20. The Windows interface to it is the intellectual property of
  21. Christopher Frazer Johnson. Both have been declared as Freeware.
  22. UNRARWIN can be used and distributed without restriction providing
  23. that no charge is made for it other than to cover reasonable
  24. distribution costs. The authors give no guarantee as to its
  25. functionality and accept no responsibility for any consequences of
  26. its use.
