  9. License Agreement

  11. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  12. before using this software.  Unless you have a different License
  13. Agreement signed by Christophe Le Brasseur, your use of this
  14. software indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement
  15. and warranty.

  17. 1) Unregistered version
  18.  
  19. SoundLib is Shareware, not free software. You are hereby granted 
  20. a right to use SoundLib for evaluation purposes without charge 
  21. for a period of 30 days.
  22. If you use this software after the 30 days evaluation period,
  23. a registration fee is required.
  24.  
  25. Unregistered use of SoundLib after the 30-days evaluation period is in 
  26. violation of international copyright laws.

  28. 2) Distribution

  30. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Unregistered
  31. version (select About from the SoundLib Help menu to check) you are
  32. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Unregistered version of
  33. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  34. the original Unregistered version to anyone; and distribute the
  35. Unregistered version of the software and documentation in its
  36. unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any
  37. of the above.

  40. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  41. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  42. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with

  50. One registered copy of SoundLib may either be used by a single
  51. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  52. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  53. multiple people, but not both.

  55. You may access the registered version of SoundLib through a network,
  56. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  57. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  58. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  59. will access SoundLib on the network, each workstation must have its
  60. own SoundLib license, regardless of whether they use SoundLib at
  61. different times or concurrently.
