  87. From Windows 3.1, pull down the "Files" menu from the Program Manager's
  88. Main Menu.  Select "Run", and then type "INSTALL" (without quotes) then
  89. press [ENTER].

  95. author, however, cannot guarantee a conflict-free program, since TSR's,
  96. drivers, menu shells are things out of the author's control.   Please
