  3. Software License Terms

  5. COPYRIGHT.  Dynamic Gin Image Collection A (including any and all 
  6. images therein) is owned by CyberSym Technologies and protected by 
  7. United States copyright law and international treaties. You may not 
  8. copy or edit these images or the collection except as expressly 
  9. permitted under the Distribution and License provisions of this 
  10. agreement. All other rights not expressly granted here are reserved by 
  11. CyberSym Technologies and its assigns or successors.

  13. DISTRIBUTION.  You are free to distribute the Dynamic Gin Image
  14. Collection A as shareware to others, provided you distribute all 
  15. original files without modification, and provided you accept no 
  16. compensation. In addition, the VENDINFO data file packaged with this
  17. collection (VENDINFO.DIZ in the installation package or DGIMGA.DIZ in
  18. the directory where images are installed) is hereby incorporated by 
  19. reference. Any distribution satisfying all the distribution 
  20. requirements expressed in that data record is hereby authorized. Any 
  21. other distribution, (including but not limited to distribution of any 
  22. edited images in electronic form or hard copy) is expressly forbidden 
  23. unless written permission is first obtained from CyberSym Technologies.

  25. LICENSE.  You have a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to make and 
  26. load as many copies of the images contained in Image Collection A as
  27. you need to run any validly licensed copy of Dynamic Gin. You also 
  28. have a royalty-free license to edit or alter any of the images in Image
  29. Collection A, provided such modification is for your own use only.

  33. DYNAMIC GIN IMAGE COLLECTION A IS PROVIDED BY CYBERSYM 
  34. TECHNOLOGIES STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. CYBERSYM 
  35. TECHNOLOGIES MAKES NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
  36. ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OR RELIABILITY OF THE IMAGES IN 
  37. IMAGE COLLECTION A FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM 
  38. EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYBERSYM TECHNOLOGIES 
  39. DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, 
  40. SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING 
  41. FROM THE USE OF THESE IMAGES, OR FROM INABILITY TO USE 
  42. THESE IMAGES. THE USER ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK OF 
  43. EVALUATING AND USING THE IMAGES. THE SOLE LIABILITY 
  44. OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF THE 
  45. PRODUCT OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
