  8. Important Note to PKZip 2.04g Users:  
  9.  
  10. If you didn't use WinZip(R) Version 6.0 or above to unzip 
  11. the, "Ahoy! A Sailor's Cursors!" animated cursor scheme, long file 
  12. names are not supported and all filenames are truncated. PkZip 
  13. 2.04g overwrites the file names because it does not support long 
  14. file names.  To correct this problem, unzip the Ahoy_CV1.zip file 
  15. into a new directory using WinZip(R) Version 6.0 or above.  You 
  16. can get this file from the, "Animated Cursor Scheme for Windows 
  17. '95 (TM)" WWW site:

  57. Installing Cursors in Windows '95 (TM)
  58.  
  59. 1.  Place all of the Ahoy_CV1.zip files in a directory
  60.     entitled:  "Ahoy! A Sailor's Cursors!"  There are  
  61.     13 cursors and 2 animated cursors for a total of 15.
  62.     (The Ahoy_CV1.zip file also includes the readme.txt, 
  63.     avextra.txt and file_id.diz files.)
  64.  
  65. 2.  Next, click, Start|Settings|Control Panel|Mouse.
  66.  
  67. 3.  In the "Mouse Properties" dialogue box choose, 
  68.     "Pointers."
  69.  
  70. 4.  Click on "Normal Select" to make your first selec-
  71.     tion for the mouse pointer and then choose, "Browse."
  72.     Find your, "Ahoy! A Sailor's Cursors!" directory and choose,
  73.     "Yachtman's Anchor.cur," as your "Normal Select" cursor.  
  74.  
  75. 5.  Select the remaining cursors according to the follow-
  76.     ing grouping so that all of your cursors (and tasks)
  77.     are matched accordingly.

  99. 6.  In the "Scheme" list, choose "Ahoy! A Sailor's Cursors!," then
  100.     choose "Apply."  Your "Ahoy! A Sailor's Cursors!" cursors are 
  101.     installed.

  103. 7.  To switch back to your old cursor set, simply select
  104.     the previous "Scheme" or choose "None" and then click, 
  105.     "Apply."  Exit.
