  89. 1.  Start Windows.
  90. 2.  Open the Program Manager.
  91. 3.  From the File menu, choose Run.
  92. 4.  In the Command Line type one of the following:
  93.     -  If the software is on a diskette, type A:SETUP
  94.        (assuming your floppy drive is A:).
  95.     -  If the extracted software is on the hard disk,
  96.         type C:\DIRECTORY\SETUP (where DIRECTORY is
  97.         the actual directory that holds the software
  98.         files).
