  1. Dunce (or Dial-Up Networking Connection
  2. Enhancement) allows for much easier dial-up
  3. networking than Win95 currently provides. The
  4. program will automatically press "connect"
  5. for you on the "Connect To" dialog box,
  6. redial your Internet Provider indefinitely
  7. (even from within another application), and
  8. auto-reconnect if you get unexpectedly
  9. dropped. Furthermore it can optionally run
  10. applications when you are connected. (Last
