  8.         You've just registered a Platypus Program, and so you've
  9.         registered for life: all updates are free in that you don't have
  10.         to keep re-registering.  We distribute registered versions in
  11.         one of two ways:

  13.         1)  Insomnia BBS
  14.  
  15.                 Using the information you specify on the registration
  16.                 form, we'll set up an account for you on Insomnia BBS,
  17.                 the home of Platypus Programming.  When you call
  18.                 Insomnia, you'll find your registered copy attached to
  19.                 an e-mail in your mailbox.
  20.  
  21.         2)  By Mail
  22.  
  23.                 Distribution is done by mail at a cost of $2 for
  24.                 diskette, postage, and handling.

  26.         Updates:

  29.         When we release a new version of your program, we need to let
  30.         you know somehow.  There are a couple ways we do this:
  31.  
  32.         1) Netmail - In the appropriate blanks on the registration form,
  33.                      provide us with a network e-mail address and we'll
  34.                      let you know that way.
  35.  
  36.         2) SASE - Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope or postcard
  37.                      with this registration form.  When there's a new
  38.                      version of your program, we'll drop it in the mail.
  39.  
  40.         3) Platypus Programming Support Biscuits - We always post when
  41.                      new versions come out on the support sub, so if
  42.                      you've subscribed, you'll always be kept up to
  43.                      date.

  46.         Regardless of the notification method you choose, once you know
  47.         there's a new version just do what you did for this version
  48.         (1.0).  If you are getting your registered copy of v.1.0 from
  49.         Insomnia you'll find the new version there in your mailbox as
  50.         soon as it comes out.  If you are getting your registered copy
  51.         of v.1.0 on diskette through the mail, we'll be waiting for $2
  52.         so we can mail you a new diskette.

  54.         If you merely wish to evaluate what Platypus Programming has to
  55.         offer, send us $2 and specify a disk size below; we'll send you
  56.         all currently available Platypus Programs.  Note!  If you're
  57.         already having us send your registered program on disk, don't
  58.         send two extra dollars!  We'll just put more Platypus Programs
  59.         on the disk we're already sending!

  64.         you can register another one of equal or lesser value for half
  65.         price.  WWNews costs $2.  So, if you have another Platypus
