  5.   The following rules must be observed by all users of WCLawNet message

  8.   1) Use Proper & Decent Language

  10.      The use of profane language is strictly prohibited.

  12.   2) Respect Fellow Users

  14.      Do not abuse or harass other users by sending abusive or insulting
  15.      messages. "Flaming" is NOT allowed.

  17.   3) Use Your Real Name
  18.  
  19.      Users are required to use their legal name.
  20.  
  21.   4) No Adult Rated Uploads
  22.      
  23.      Users are requested to not upload any Adult Rated, X-Rated, etc.

  30.   Please make a sincere effort to adopt the following guidelines as your own.

  32.   1) No CAPS LOCK

  34.      Do not enter messages that are entirely in upper case characters.
  35.      This is considered impolite and is difficult to read.  Upper Case
  36.      letters are used for EMPHASIS much like underlining or highlighting
  37.      would be in a paper medium.

  39.   2) Use Conferences Wisely

  41.      Post messages in the most appropriate conference.
