  9.      Copy the EXE file into the SimCity game directory and run it!

  11.      Just enter the name to the city you wish to edit and enter the 
  12.      new amount of money you want, don't get too greedy or it'll
  13.      turned out to be a negative number... have fun...

  15.      PS - It works with the graphics set installed, too.  But I doubt
  16.           if anybody still has those bloody ancient files. ;)
