  16. Setting up the GACQ doors is fast and easy to do. Just edit the *.cfg file
  17. we've included and create the *.bat file to call the game up and you'll be
  18. a happy camper.

  22. For the *.cfg file, these are the parameters needed:

  24. Please look at the sample below the definitions on each line.

  27. First line should be the complete path to your drop file (note no trailing
  28. backslash)

  31. The second line should be the name of the drop file
  32. door.sys
  33.  
  34. Line 3 is your BBS name
  35. GACQ Software

  37. Line 4 is the SysOp's First name
  38. Lonnie

  40. Line 5 is the SysOp's Last name
  41. VonHoldt
  42.  
  43. Line 6 contains the number of turns allowed per day
  44. 10
  45.  
  46. Line 7 is the path to where you want the bulletins to go
  47. (again, no trailing backslash)

  50. Line 8 is the name of the ansi bulletin
  51. bull2.scr

  53. Line 9 is the name of the ascii bulletin
  54. bull2.bbs

  56. Line 10 is the name of the RIP bulletin

  60. That's really all there is to it except to create the *.bat file.
  61. The only thing the door requires there is to call up the executable
  62. program, it does the rest for you!
