v1.26 This version requries a new setup.  This is automatically sensed and
      dealt with.  It is NOT necessary to reset binkley.cfg unless you use
      a baud rate > 19200.
      New Spell Checking option
      Fixed baud rate bug for binkley setup.  Accepts any baud rate now.
v1.27 Fixed problem in printing/exporting messages.  If device errors
      occured, a file was not being closed.  This could run up the files
      used and cause an error on some setups.
      Added option on printing/exporting messages to print internal network
      info ie ^a message id lines etc., if that message display option is on.
      Revised 16 character limit of area tag names to 60 character.  PPoint
      will automatically sense older versions and convert the ppoint.are
      file which only takes a few seconds.
v1.28 Fixed another problem in printing/exporting messages.  This could have
      caused too many files to be open.  Desqview, and 4DOS will be happier
      now too.

v1.31 Put FAKENET addressing back in.  Dug up the old routines and put them
      back in for some older systems that prefer it.  Have PPoint recreate
      your binkley.cfg file on older setups.
      Improved FIND routines.  You can now search one or all message areas
      for a match to your search text in the message header (the To, From,
      and Subject fields), or complete message (header and body).
      Added ADDRESS BOOK (picklist) for netmail addressing.  Automatically
      build your list as you netmail.
      Fixed "days old" display again.  Problem was some not quite so standard
      date PKT formats used by some older processors.  Recognizes all pkt
      formats now.
      Added command line switches for processing inbound and outbound in a
      batch file for those who drive ppoint with their mailer, as opposed to
      letting ppoint drive the mailer as it was designed.
      Command line switches are: /P = auto poll
                                 /OUT = process outbound mail
                                 /IN = process inbound mail
                                 /OUT/IN = process outbound and inbound mail
      Added quick eXit.  ^X from the reading area exits and clears screen
      instantly.
v1.32 Added "+" start reply search (search on current subject) for following
      message threads...
      Added CC: function.  You can now enter CC:namelist.ext in the TO: field
      and send multiple copies to unlimited names and addresses.
v1.33 Added ^S key, to show internal network marks for the current message
      without having to turn the feature on/off from pull down menus.
      Fixed netmail point addressing bug.  Fixed reply bug re international
      ^Aintl mark.
      Added ROUTING function for those using PPoint as a full node, or who
      point off of a NEC, or who just plain have complicated addressing. You
      can route mail created for your BOSS address, to any valid address.
