  57. "Site license"
  58. A site license for WinPMail manuals provides you with one master
  59. copy of the manual and a license permitting you to make an unlimited
  60. number of copies of that master for use at one site. A "site" is
  61. defined as the extent of an organization in one metropolitan area,
  62. so if you have four offices in one town, one site license will cover
  63. them all. Only ONE organization may hold a site license - you may not
  64. distribute copies of a site-licensed master outside your organization.
  65. Note that State or National Governments do not consitute organizations
  66. for the purposes of this definition. Site licensed manuals include
  67. ASCII and RTF versions of the manual on diskette.

  69. "5-copy license"
  70. You receive a single master copy of the manual, and a license
  71. permitting you to make up to five copies of that original for use at
  72. one site (as defined in "Site license" above).
  73.  
  74. "Annual update license"
  75. A recurring site license for all versions of Pegasus Mail, including
  76. those released during its lifetime. One annual update license covers
  77. a single site (as defined above) for one year for all versions of
  78. Pegasus Mail. Updates are sent out automatically.

  80. "Media:"
  81. All manual licenses include a diskette with the most recent version
  82. of the Software.

  84. Prepayment:
  85. If you prepay your order, your payment will not be presented until
  86. the day your manual is shipped.

  88. Credit terms:
  89. Our terms for payment on invoice are STRICTLY net 30 days. No
  90. monthly statement is issued - we require payment on invoice.
  91.  
  92. Credit card payments:
  93. * A 2.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments
  94. * Credit card payments will be converted to New Zealand dollars
  95.   using the prevailing exchance rate on the date your manual is
  96.   shipped to you. The amount you see on your credit card statement
  97.   will probably not be exactly the amount shown on the order form
  98.   above.
