  13.        1        pt    Strawberries - ripe                               
  14.        24       ea    Marshmallows                                      
  15.        1/4      tsp   Salt                                              
  16.        1        cup   Cream - whipping  - whipped

  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Crush washed berries. Heat marshmallows and 2 T. juice from berries in
  21.     top of double boiler. Stire mixture with folding motion, heating only 
  22.     until marshmallows are partially melted. Remove from firs and continue
  23.     folding until mixture is smooth. Cool, add berries and salt. Whip     
  24.     cream and fold in. Place in freezing tray and freeze without stirring.
