- 2 cup Peaches - fresh - sliced
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 3 drops Almond extract
- 2 cup Cream - whipped

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Peel and slice peaches, cover with sugar, let stand one hour. Wash and
- run through a sieve. Fold in cream, whipped until stiff, add almond
- flavoring. Pour into tray and freeze without stirring.
