- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 qt Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Cornstarch
- Whipping cream

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Pour scalded milk over sugar and cornstarch, cook in double boiler
- until it thickens. To 1 c. cream, whipped, add 2 c. of the above basic
- recipe and flavor. Pour into trays and freeze. I mix this on electric
- mixer. If you care to, after mixer has chilled, remove to mixer and
- beat, then put back into trays and freeze.
