- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 3 qt Milk - whole
- 1 qt Cream
- 2 ea Eggs
- 1 oz Gelatine - unflavored
- 2 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Put gelatine into bowl, add enough milk to dissolve. Beat eggs
- thoroughly, add sugar and milk enough to dissolve sugar. Add to
- remainder of milk and cream and place on stove. Stir until milk is
- heated but do not boil. Remove from fire, add gelatine and flavoring.
- Allow mixture to cool before freezing.
