  14.        1/2      cup   Syrup - light                                     
  15.        1        cup   Water - hot                                       
  16.        1/4      tsp   Salt

  18.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  20.     Boil to soft ball stage. Add 1 t. vanilla, 1 t. lemon juice. Pour over
  21.     5 qts of popcorn, heated with 1 c. peanuts or 1 c. Walnut meats. Cover
  22.     wiht hot syrup. Mix and spread. The cut into squares.
