- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Corn syrup - light
- 3/4 cup Water - hot
- 1 ea Butter - small lump

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Combine sugar, starch, butter and salt. Add syrup and water. Stir over
- fire until sugar is dissolved. Boil to hard ball stage. Pout on
- greased plates and flavor each on differently. When cool enough to
- handle, pull until stiff and cut into pieces.
