- 2 Tbsp Shortening
- 2 Tbsp Citron
- 10 ea Prunes - large - covered w/water/soaked over night
- 2 1/2 cup Flour - white
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking powder

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Add enough milk to prune water to make 1 1/2 cups. Bake 1 hour at 350
- F.
