  8. Note:     The term "vendor" is used to refer to any person, company or group
  9.           distributing the evaluation version of My Little Realm's Charging 
  10.           by any means for profit or for any other purpose.
  11.  
  12.           The distribution license agreements are immediately below.  
  13.  
  14.           The required contents of the distribution disk are listed near
  15.           line 52 of this document.  The required contents of the .ZIP file
  16.           are listed near line 67 of this document.

  18.           You'll find my name, address and phone number, along with 
  19.           descriptions of Charging, at the end of this document.

  21.           The .ZIP file ID is MLRCRG25.ZIP.

  23.           The registration price is $20 (USA).  The benefits are listed at
  24.           the end of this document near the descriptions.  Possible product

  33.                          Distribution Requirements

  39. As the exclusive copyright holder for My Little Realm's Charging program, 
  40. John L. Salisbury (also called the author) authorizes distribution only in 
  41. accordance with the following restrictions:
  42.  
  43.   o  ASP Vendors in good standing are hereby granted permission to distribute 
  44.      the Charging package.  Non-ASP member vendors must request permission 
  45.      prior to distributing this package.
  46.  
  47.   o  The Charging package - including all related program files and 
  48.      documentation files - cannot be modified in any way and must be 
  49.      distributed as a complete package, without exception.  
  50.  
  51.      For disk vendors, the distribution disk's required contents are:

  77.   o  No disk vendor may place other authors' works on the Charging program's 
  78.      disk.  Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or 
  79.      installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are 
  80.      acceptable.

  82.   o  No price or other compensation may be charged by any vendor for the 
  83.      Charging software package.  Vendors may charge their standard fees for 
  84.      the materials and services they provide.

  87. Disk Sets & CD-ROMs:

  89. The Charging package cannot be sold as part of some other inclusive package.  
  90. Nor can it be included in any commercial software packaging offer without a 
  91. written agreement from John L.Salisbury.
  92.  
  93. ASP Approved Vendors who wish to distribute the Charging package as part of a 
  94. collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) may do so 
  95. provided that all the other restrictions are met.
  96.  
  97. Non-ASP Member Vendors who wish to distribute the Charging package as part of 
  98. a collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set, or a CD-ROM package) must obtain 
  99. permission from the author prior to beginning such a distribution.
  100.  
  101. Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:
  102. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  103. If you would like to distribute the Charging package as a Disk-of-the-Month, 
  104. or as part of a subscription or monthly service, then the following 
  105. restrictions apply:
  106.  
  107.   o  ASP Associate (Disk Vendor) Members in good standing are hereby 
  108.      given permission to distribute the Charging package under the 
  109.      Disk-of-the-Month style of distribution.
  110.  
  111.   o  Non-ASP Vendors must contact the author in advance to ensure that 
  112.      they have the most current version of the software.
  113.  
  114.   o  Vendors (ASP and non-ASP Members) cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month 
  115.      distribution to use up their inventory of old (out of date) disks.  
  116.      Only current versions of the Charging package may be shipped 
  117.      as Disk-of-the-Month disks.
  118.  
  119.   o  A printed copy of the online documentation may not be reproduced 
  120.      in whole or in part, using any means, without the written permission 
  121.      of the author.  
  122.  
  123.   o  The Charging package cannot be rented or leased to others.
  124.  
  125.   o  No vendor may list Charging in advertisements, catalogs, or other 
  126.      literature which describes Charging as "FREE SOFTWARE".  
  127.  
  128.   o  The author expressly prohibits the distribution of outdated versions 
  129.      of the Charging package without written permission.  If the 
  130.      version you have is over twelve (12) months old, please contact the
  131.      author to ensure that you have the most current version.  
  132.  
  133.   o  Vendors shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  134.      disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed 
  135.      program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized 
  136.      use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this 
  137.      license.

  159. are just a keypress away.  The Review program allows you to view your credit
  160. card file in a scrollable window, query the file, and generate a year-to-date
  161. summary for all of your credit cards.  Review is a powerful complement to the
  162. Charging program.  The menu comes with a documentation viewer, screen saver 
  163. and memory resources function.
