  4.   You now have one of the most powerfull MS WIndows Loan and Mortgage
  5. Prepayment Applications available!  
  6.  
  7.  Please note that this release DOES NOT contain the VB Runtime module: 
  8. VBRUN300.DLL, which is required to run this application.  The BBS that you 
  9. downloaded this program most likely has it available for downloading.  We 
  10. provide two releases of each version, one with the runtime and one without 
  11. (for those users whom either already have the runtime and do not wish to 
  12. incur additional download charges or for those whom have already downloaded 
  13. it for use within another application).

  15.   This is a SHAREWARE Evaluation version, which will provide you with all
  16. of the capabilities and functions of the registered version...AND provides
  17. a little extra:  periodic notices that this is the SHAREWARE version. At
  18. the time you register (and we certainly hope that your so inclined..), we 
  19. will take care of the pesty little notifiers as well as provide your name
  20. on the reports.

  22.   We are constantly trying to improve this application and provide tools 
  23. which will be most usefull in Loan and Mortgage Prepayment Analysis.  Should
