- Greetings to disk vendors.
-
- Thanks for taking a look at the COURT RULES AND STATUTES, LEGAL
- GUIDE.
-
- Commercial vendors: You must obtain our permission to distribute.
- This permission is routinely granted, even if you send a post
- card or call over the phone. We require permission so that we
- know you're out there and so that we can send you upgrades, as
- soon as they are tested! We constantly find vendors advertising
- YEARS OLD versions of this program (which is not good business
- for either of us!) who we have never heard of! Please (and it is
- the law <grin>) let us know that you want to carry the program
- and the latest version of the program will wing its way to you
- each time that it is updated. (If we sent this disk directly to
- you with a letter asking you to carry the product, you have
- permission. However, please let us know you are carrying the
- product so that you will be ensured of receiving updates
- immediately- post cards are fine.)
-
- We reserve the right to revoke anyone's right to distribute the
- program. Have we ever done it??? Nope. However, it seems prudent
- to reserve the right to do so.
