  1. I. From this menu you may do one of two things:
  2.  
  3.     Display this Help screen
  4.     Select a statute to review
  5.  
  6. To Display the Help Screen you are reading now:
  7.  
  8.     Highlight the first item on the Tutorials Menu, and
  9.     press the RETURN key.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move 
  10.     up and down, respectively, in the help text.  HOME 
  11.     (or LEFT ARROW) moves to the beginning of the text.  
  12.     END (or RIGHT ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  
  13.     PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to 
  14.     the beginning and end, respectively, of the text.
  15.     Press ESCAPE to return to the Statutes Menu.

  18. To select a Statute or Regulation:
  19.  
  20.     a. Use the cursor movement keys to highlight a tutorial 
  21.        name.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  22.        respectively, in the list.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
  23.        moves to the beginning of the list.  END (or RIGHT
  24.        ARROW) moves to the end of the list.

  26.     b. Press the RETURN key.  This will replace the 
  27.        Menu with a Statute/Regulation Window.
  28.  
  29. II. From a Statute/Rule Window, you may do six things:
  30.  
  31.     Review the statute
  32.     Select a cross reference or help statute to review 
  33.       along with the statute
  34.     Toggle to the cross reference or help Window if 
  35.       a cross reference has been selected
  36.     Go back to the Menu
  37.     Quit the program completely to DOS
  38.  
  39.  
  40. To Review a Statute: 
  41.  
  42.     UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  43.     respectively, in the text.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW) 
  44.     moves to the beginning of the text.  END (or RIGHT 
  45.     ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  PAGE UP and 
  46.     PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to the beginning
  47.     or end, respectively, of the text.

  49. To Select a Cross Reference or help window: 
  50.  
  51.     Press the R (or r) key.  This will bring up the Statutes
  52.     Menu.
  53.  
  54. To Toggle the Display to the Cross Reference or help window:
  55.  
  56.     Press the O (or o) key.  The Cross reference or help 
  57.     Window will cover the Statute Window.
  58.  
  59. To go back to the Menu:
  60.     Press the ESCAPE key.
  61.

  63. To quit the program completely to DOS:
  64.     Press the X (or x) key.
  65.

  67. III. From the Cross reference or help Menu, you may do 
  68. one of two things:
  69.  
  70.     Select a statute for display
  71.     Go back to the Tutorial Window
  72.

  74. To Select a Statute:    
  75.  
  76.     a. Use the cursor movement keys to highlight a statute 
  77.        name.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  78.        respectively, in the list.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
  79.        moves to the beginning of the list.  END (or RIGHT
  80.        ARROW) moves to the end of the list.

  82.     b. Press the RETURN key.  This will replace the Statutes
  83.        Menu with a Cross Reference Window.
  84.  
  85. To Go Back to the Statute Window:
  86.     Press the ESCAPE key.

  88. IV. From a Cross reference Window, you may do one of five things:
  89.  
  90.     Review the cross references 
  91.     Toggle back to the statute Window
  92.     Select a different cross reference from the Cross 
  93.        reference Menu
  94.     Go back to the Menu
  95.     Quit the Program completely to DOS
  96.  
  97.  
  98. To Review the Cross Reference:
  99.  
  100.     UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  101.     respectively, in the text.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW) 
  102.     moves to the beginning of the text.  END (or RIGHT 
  103.     ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  PAGE UP and 
  104.     PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to the beginning
  105.     or end, respectively, of the text.

  108. To Toggle Back to the Statute Window:
  109.     Press the O (or o) key.  The Statute Window will cover
  110.     the Cross Reference Window.

  113. To Select a Different Cross Reference:
  114.     Press the R (or r) key.  This will bring up the cross
  115.        reference Menu.
  116.              
  117. To Go Back to the Menu:
  118.     Press the ESCAPE key.
  119.  
  120. To Quit the Program Completely to DOS:
  121.     Press the X (or x) key.
