  7.         A lean and mean file appending utility.  Written with the BBS in
  8.         mind, it can be used by anyone who wishes to attach mutable
  9.         ASCII text files together.  Operating in three different modes,
  10.         making it very flexible. The command line mode for quick file
  11.         appending. The '.DAT' file mode for use when file all have
  12.         different names, or there are more file than the DOS environment
  13.         will allow you to have. And the ever popular WILD CARD mode for
  14.         use when all the files have either the same name or extension.
