- Hi, I'm Dean and I hope that you like MONEY!
-
- I started development on Money just after
- Christmas 97 in January 98 and spent about 6
- hours a night until February 17th putting together
- this program. You start by selecting Create New
- Game and waiting not to long, then you start off
- in the foyer of a Mansion where you can go from
- room to room by selecting the buttons 1-9 at the
- bottom of the screen, in each room there are
- different pieces of furniture and they will be hi-
- lighted to the left of the screen, if you place the
- mouse pointer over your selected piece of furniture
- and press the left mouse button you will be given
- information at the bottom information bar about
- that piece of furniture to help you find the money.
- The money could be anywhere when you breate a
- new game as it is randomized, the aim of the game
- is to find the Money, I decided not to put a time
- limit within the game as the player might get fed
- up and think sod it and it's ideal for any younger
- players that would just like to play detective and
- take there time. There are Trapdoors that will take
- you back to the foyer and also take away any cards
- that you've managed to collect, the cards that
- you can collect will come in handy when you get
- asked a question, there are also 2 locked rooms
- and again you will not know where they are until
- you check the rooms.
-
- I've not come across a game like this one and I
- hope who ever plays it enjoys it as much as I
- enjoyed programming it...
-
- None Buggs - I've set the program up to randomize
- as best as possible for standard Amigas, so it could
- be possible that every so often a piece of furniture
- will not respond to you touch, if this was to happen
- then just select Create New Game, the likely hood
- of it happening again are 99.5% against.
- - For some reason I've not come
- across before I couldn't place a command to escape
- to Workbench as the computer kept crashing, I
- gave up and left it alone, ( Sorry ) but you can use
- the keys Left Amiga and A to flick back to
- Workbench or reboot your system.
- I hope who ever you are that you enjoy this Game -
- Money.
