  1. Archaeological site in a village near Vichy,
  2. France. A find here in 1924 was attacked as a
  3. hoax because of the disparate age of the
  4. objects. It included bones inscribed with
  5. drawings of animals 10,000 BC, axes 4000-2000
  6. BC, inscribed clay tablets 700 BC-AD 100, and
  7. a glass kiln, possibly medieval.
  8. Thermoluminescence analysis in 1975-76
  9. suggested the objects are genuine.
