  2. Lama pacos, of the camel family, found in
  3. Chile, Peru, and Bolivia, and herded at high
  4. elevations in the Andes. About 1 m/3 ft tall
  5. at the shoulder with neck and head another 60
  6. cm/2 ft, it is bred mainly for its long,
  7. fine, silky wool, and like the llama was
  8. probably bred from the wild guanaco.
