  3.         On the level select screen, enter the door marked {SCREEN 2} The
  4.         Horror Level.  After the level has loaded and before you press the
  5.         fire button to start the level, push up on the joystick and hold
  6.         down 'K'.  While still holding both, press the fire button to enter
  7.         the level.  Once the level has started you can let go of the
  8.         joystick and the 'K' key.  Now press 'ESC' to skip levels.
