  1. LIONHEART:

  3.         Pull down on the joystick then press 'P' to pause the game while
  4.         still in the crouched position.  Next press and hold 'CTRL' and
  5.         press 'HELP'.  This will give you infinite lives.

  7.         Use the following keys:

  9.         'F1-F10'_______________________________________Level select.
  10.         '1-5'_____________________________________More level select.
  11.         'RETURN'___________________________________Shake the ground.
  12.         'S'_____________________________________________Plays sound.
  13.         'UP CURSOR KEY'_______________________________Sound minus 1.
  14.         'DOWN CURSOR KEY'______________________________Sound plus 1.
  15.         'D'_____________________________________________________Die.
  16.         'HELP'___________________Toggle one and two button joystick.
  17.         'M'____________________________________________Toggle sound.
  18.         'SPACE'_____________________________________Not really sure.
  19.         'CTRL'________________________Invincibility and you can move
  20.         the guy anywhere using the mouse.  When you have him in the
  21.         desired position press 'CTRL' again to release him.  The right
  22.         mouse button also acts as a pause.
