  6. What do you want to do with your downloaded image?
  7. You can make it to be an colorful icon!
  8. This is a little program can convert picture in BMP format to icon file.
  9. Then change your "My Computer" icon to your own defined icon. (If you have MS Plus!)
  10. No install/uninstall required.
  11. No need other cumbrous runtime DLL!!

  14. How to use
  15. ==========
  16. 1. Open input BMP.
  17.     Input is constrained to be 32x32 or 48x48 pixels and 16 or 256 colors BMP only.
  18. 2. Mask icon.
  19.     To make some area on icon turn transparence.
  20.     You may accomplish it by 2 ways.
  21.     - By select color in image to make that color to be the transparent color.
  22.     - By paint the transparent color on the picture. This painting will toggle
  23.       transparency of each pixel.
  24. 3. Save icon to file.
  25.     Nothing to explain.
