  6. who wish to distribute the Triple Yahoo! 1.0 package, including an extract

  14. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of Triple Yahoo!:

  17.    for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software
  18.    and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)
