  1. After  several    unsuccessful
  2. inventions,     you    finally
  3. discover  something  useful, a
  4. miniaturized radio control and
  5. remote TV camera system.

  7. You had  just  completed  your
  8. patent application papers  for
  9. it   when  you  received    an
  10. anonymous  call  that informed
  11. you  that   a  company  called
  12. XEMTX had stolen your idea and
  13. was applying for a  patent  on
  14. it  too.   If Xemtx  gets  the
  15. patent  to  the  patent office
  16. first, they'll  get  your idea
  17. patented under their  name and
  18. will  get all the  money  from
  19. it.  
  20.  
  21. Xemtx is located only 20 miles
  22. from  the patent office, while
  23. you  live  over 900 miles from
  24. it.   Floods  have knocked out
  25. many  nearby  bridges, so get-
  26. ting  to  the patent office in
  27. your car  would be impossible.
  28. There are no  airports  in  or
  29. near  the puny town  that  you
  30. live in.  Your fax  machine is
  31. broken.  The mail would be too
  32. slow.    In  desperation,  you
  33. make  your  patent application
  34. papers  into  a paper airplane
  35. and  attach your radio control
  36. and remote TV camera system to
  37. it.  After  attaching a motor,
  38. propeller,      and    control
  39. surfaces, you're ready to fly.
