  4. This file contains information for anyone who wishes to distribute BattleGrid.

  6. Restrictions:

  8. Shareware versions of BattleGrid may be freely distributed, subject to the
  9. following restrictions:

  11. * BattleGrid must be distributed without modification, in its entirety.

  13. * BattleGrid may not be distributed by any for-profit entity which fails to
  14.   disclose the following points somewhere in their literature:

  16.    o The fee paid by the customer for an evaluation diskette is a dis-
  17.      tribution fee, and does not cover the cost of the program itself.

  19.    o Additional payment to the Author is required if a program is used
  20.      beyond the evaluation period prescribed by the Author.
