  18. The movies have been recorded at 25 frames per second, and therefore should
  19. be played back on an ARM3, or better, Archimedes computer (ie A5000, A4,
  20. A540, or Risc PC). They may also require the use of a double speed CD-ROM
  21. drive.

  35.     use by the purchasing individual or by the individual school for use on
  36.     the microcomputers owned by the individual or the school. It is not
  37.     permitted under the conditions of sale to pass copies or parts of the
  38.     presentations to other individuals or schools in electronic or any other
  39.     form.

  41. (2) Students may save out text, picture, and movie resources to use in their
  42.     own DTP, word processing, or interactive presentations for educational
  43.     purposes.

  45. (3) The material must not be used for financial gain, nor may any
  46.     presentations which incorporate this material be used for financial
  47.     gain.

  49. (4) Schools may not store photographs, text, and animations on any other
  50.     disc or network without having the necessary site licence, except as
  51.     part of a multimedia application.

  53. (5) The graphics, animations, and Replay files on this CD ROM may be
  54.     manipulated (cropped, distorted, etc) by the purchasing individual or by
  55.     the individual school, provided that the manipulation does not bring
  56.     into disrepute the material or the supplier of the material.

  58. (6) The material is protected under the copyright law of the United Kingdom
  59.     and under the copyright law of other countries pursuant to the Berne and
  60.     Universal copyright treaties. It is a criminal offence to copy or make
  61.     for sale or hire or distribute a copy or any part of this work, except
  62.     as allowed elsewhere in this notice. If you are found guilty of doing so
  63.     you may be liable to a term of imprisonment or a fine or both.
