  9.     As a service to T.R. ARCHIVE customers who want to register by credit card,
  10.     arrangements have been made with the Public Software Library (PSL) to
  11.     handle all credit card registrations.  PSL accepts Visa, MasterCard,
  12.     American Express, and Discover Card.
  13.  
  14.     Non-U.S. residents are encouraged to register by credit card.  In many
  15.     cases, paying by credit card will be easier than acquiring U.S. funds.

  17.     PSL will take the order information and forward it to the T.R. ARCHIVE 
  18.     author, Anthony R. Ricciotti, for processing and shipping.  For 
  19.     information about dealer pricing, site licensing, shipping of product, 
  20.     returns, latest version number or other technical information, please
