  4. This diskette contains an evaluation copy of MSPANTOC, version 1.0.
  5.  
  6. MSPANTOC is a document processing utility for MS-DOS and PC-DOS that
  7.  
  8.     1) numbers sections, paragraphs, figures and tables
  9.     2) resolves symbolic cross references to sections, paragraphs,
  10.        figures and tables
  11.     3) builds a table of contents, a list of figures and a list
  12.        of tables
  13.  
  14. MSPANTOC is not a word processor and it is not an outline processor.
  15. It complements your existing word processing package by providing the
  16. numbering and cross reference features not available with any current
  17. word processing package.
  18.  
  19. MSPANTOC should work on any MS-DOS or PC-DOS computer.  It does not 
  20. contain code that references any IBM-PC specific hardware features.
