  1.     ════════════════════════ How to Use the LDA════════════════════════

  3. The Logical Disk Analyzer(LDA) gives you a management report about your
  4. disks.  It provides four major functions:
  5.  
  6.   1 - Directory Size Analysis - computes the number of sub-
  7.       directories, files, and total space in each directory
  8.       and the total for each directory and ALL its sub-
  9.       directories.
  10.  
  11.   2 - Duplicate File Check - Searches for and counts the files
  12.       which match the filename.extension you specify
  13.  
  14.   3 - Extension Check - Searches for and counts the files with
  15.       an extension you specify
  16.  
  17.   4 - Physical Disk Analysis - Reports on the physical use of
  18.       your disks, including an efficiency measure
  19.  
  20. Use the LDA to find out which directories are using the most space, look
  21. for duplicate or backup files, and then erase what you don't need.
