Program by: Christopher D. Reagoso
2041 Hawthorne Place
Paoli, PA 19301
HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM:
1. Enter the name of the file you wish to code or decode.
2. Enter a new name for that file. (If you are coding a file, you may
want to use the extension .ENC to show that is is coded.)
3. Choose a "key file." A key file is what determines how your program
is to be coded or decoded. It must be no shorter than 128 bytes. If
you are decoding a coded file, you MUST use the same key file to decode
that file as you used to code it. You can use ANY FILE or PROGRAM as
a key file; no harm will come to the key file (eg: You can use
LOTUS.EXE, TURBO.COM, or any other file or program).
