Here is version 2.2 of my map editor by which you can change single map fields
of Sid Meier's Civilization while playing the game. You have to load civmap22
before starting civ.exe and you must change some bytes in civ.exe to be able
to use the map editor. There are only small changes to version 2.1 (I have
build in a small macro ability)
