  1.         RMB the Reject Map Builder version 2.1

  4. This version of RMB can process Doom 1, Doom ][ and Heretic files.
  5.  
  6. RMB can be used to speed up large WADs with many monsters.
  7.  
  8. RMB builds a better REJECT map than IDBSP or
  9. REJECT10. RMB bases it's calculations on line of sight
  10. calculations, and it's distance parameter uses
  11. edge to edge distance instead of REJECT10's centre to centre distance 
  12. calculations. Of course the program takes more time to run than REJECT10, but 
  13. the generated reject map is better,
  14. and the performance gained is just as high as the performance gained from 
  15. using REJECT10 without the problems with monsters
  16. right next to you that can't see you.

  18. Suggested directory: /pub/doom/wad_edit/misc
  19.  
  20. Installation:
  21.  Make a directory named RMB and unzip the RMB package
  22.  into this directory. Then read the manual.
