  40. WinBack 3.1 brings the power and ease of use features of the 
  41. Windows Environment to a new back up system eliminating 
  42. the need to go back to the DOS command line.

  46. WinBack 3.1 is a small and efficient backup program that uses DOS'
  47. Backup.exe and Restore.exe from within a Windows menu driven interface.
  48. This eliminates the need to go back to the DOS command line and assures 
  49. compatability with your existing backup files and any other machine running 
  50. DOS! No more cryptic commands to remember, everything is handled within 
  51. WinBack. This program should fit the needs of the average computer user for
  52. backing up and restoring your complete hard disk, selected directories, 
  53. and vital windows files.

  59. WINBACK 3.1  may be freely distributed, provided that you 
  60. include all files unaltered!

  62. BBSs - please name the file WB31A.xxx.

  64. SYOPS NOTE:  
  65. This program and it's installation program are written in Visual basic.  
  66. Many BBS's remove the file VBRUN100.DLL  from programs and make it 
  67. available as a separate file to save on file size and download 
  68. charges.  This is acceptable as long as a notice is included that 
  69. VBRUN100.DLL IS AVAILABLE AS A SEPARATE FILE AND MUST BE DOWNLOADED 
  70. AND INSTALLED IN THE WINDOWS DIRECTORY BEFORE WINBACK 3.1 is installed.

  72. ALSO NOTE:  
  73. All files contained in WinBack 3.1 may be distributed in a single 
  74. ZIP FILE or on a single disk.  The install program will still 
  75. function properly.
  76. The only reason to divide the program is for the convenience 
  77. of distribution on 360k diskettes!

  109. Disk Vendors, Shareware Distributors and BBS(s) may charge a nominal fee 
  110. for distribution of the program. The recipient of WinBack 3.1 must be 
  111. informed, in advance, that the fee paid to acquire WinBack 3.1 does not 
  112. relieve the recipient from purchasing the Licensed Version of WinBack 3.1
  113. if the recipient continues to use WinBack 3.1 after the trial period.
