  8. What is WinAgain?
  9.  
  10. This application will allow you to restart Windows with going through the 
  11. trouble yourself.  I find this program helpful, because I can test my other
  12. applications during a Windows startup sequence without having to exit and
  13. run Windows again.    With this program, I can quickly restart Windows without
  14. any hassle.

  16. Another feature included with this program is the ability to exit Windows and
  17. reboot the system.    Why did I add this feature?  Don't know.  I fiqured
  18. someone will find a good use for it.

  20. Another reason why this program is helpful is, when the Program Manager
  21. decides to cause a Protection Fault and quick prematurely without exiting
  22. Windows.  Now you can use this program to restart Windows.    Now I haven't
  23. had a chance to test this theory out, so if someone do come across this
  24. scenerio and the program does work, please let me know.
