  9. The use of KeyMouse is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  10.  
  11. KeyMouse is copyrighted material.  It is protected by the copyright 
  12. laws of the United States.  You may not make any changes or 
  13. modifications to KeyMouse. You may not decompile, disassemble, or 
  14. otherwise reverse-engineer the software in any way.  You may use 
  15. KeyMouse on a trial basis provided you do not violate the protection 
  16. afforded the licensed software by the copyright laws, and you agree 
  17. to the terms of the license agreement. If you use KeyMouse on a regular 
  18. basis you are obligated to purchase a license for its use.

  27. Title to the licensed software is NOT transferred to the end user.  
  28. The end user is granted an exclusive license to use the software 
  29. on one computer or computer work station at any given time.

  32.             Limited Warranty
  33.             ----------------

  35. Lone Machine Software does not warrant that the licensed software will 
  36. meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will 
  37. be uninterrupted or error free.  The warranty does not cover any media 
  38. or documentation which has been subjected to damage or abuse by you or 
  39. others.  The software warranty does not cover any copy  of the licensed 
  40. software which has been altered or changed in any way.  ANY IMPLIED 
  41. WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A 
  42. PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES. 
  43. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied 
  44. warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  46. The warranties set forth above are in lieu of any and all other 
  47. express or implied warranties, whether oral, written, or implied, 
  48. and the remedies set forth above are the sole and exclusive remedies.

  50. Lone Machine Software is not responsible for any problems or damage 
  51. caused by the licensed software that may result from using the 
  52. licensed software. This includes, but is not limited to, computer 
  53. hardware, computer software, operating systems, and any computer 
  54. or computing accessories. End user agrees to hold Lone Machine Software 
  55. harmless for any problems arising from the use of the software.

  57. Lone Machine Software SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, 
  58. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING 
  59. FROM ANY BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIES EVEN IF Lone Machine Software OR 
  60. ITS AGENTS OR DISTRIBUTORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF 
  61. SUCH DAMAGES.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  62. of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or 
  63. exclusion may not apply to you.

  65. In no case shall Lone Machine Software's liability exceed the license 
  66. fees paid for the right to use the licensed software.

  69.                          KeyMouse Distribution
  70.                         -----------------------

  72. You are granted a limited license to copy KeyMouse only for the trial 
  73. use of others subject to the terms of this software license agreement 
  74. described herein, and the conditions described below are met:

  76. KeyMouse MUST be copied in an unmodified form and MUST contain the 
  77. following files:
  78.                            KeyMouse.exe
  79.                            Kmsw.dll
  80.                            KeyMouse.hlp
  81.                            KeyMouse.ico     
  82.                            KeyMouse.txt
  83.                            KeyMouse.ord
  84.                            Readme.txt
  85.     
  86. No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by 
  87. anyone without the express written permission of Lone Machine Software
  88.  
  89. Public Domain Disk Vendors may not charge a fee for KeyMouse itself. 
  90. However you may include KeyMouse on a diskette for which you charge 
  91. a nominal distribution fee. The purchaser of said diskette must be 
  92. informed in advance that the fee paid to acquire the diskette does 
  93. NOT relieve said purchaser from paying the Registration Fee for 
  94. KeyMouse if said purchaser uses KeyMouse.

  96. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post 
  97. KeyMouse for downloading by their users without written permission only 
  98. as long as the above conditions are met.  A fee may be charged for access 
  99. to the bbs as long as no specific fee is charged for downloading KeyMouse 
  100. files without first obtaining express written permission from 
  101. Lone Machine Software to charge such a fee.
  102.  
  103. Distributors of public domain and user supported software, such as disk 
  104. vending services, may not charge a fee for KeyMouse itself. However you 
  105. may include KeyMouse on a diskette for which you charge a nominal 
  106. distribution fee. The purchaser of said diskette must be informed in 
  107. advance that the fee paid to acquire the diskette does NOT relieve said 
  108. purchaser from paying the Registration Fee for KeyMouse.
  109.  
  110. The above constitutes the license agreement for KeyMouse. It supercedes 
  111. any and all previous license agreements.
