  7. What is Circular File:
  8.    Circular File is a drag and drop file deletion/restoration
  9.    utility. It simplifies your file management and provides
  10.    you with a backup when you mistakenly delete a file. You 
  11.    simply select the files you want to delete in File Manager
  12.    and drag and drop them onto Circular File. This deletes 
  13.    them. Now to restore a file you simply select it in Circular
  14.    File and press restore. The file is restored to its original
  15.    location.

  26. How to install:
  27.      To install Circular File, create a directory anywhere on
  28.    your hard drive and copy CIRCULAR.EXE, CIRCULAR.HLP, and
  29.    CIRC*.WAV into it. That's all there is to it. Circular 
  30.    File creates an initiation file called CIRCULAR.INI in 
  31.    the directory where you put CIRCULAR.EXE. Circular File 
  32.    also creates a directory called CIRCULAR which branches 
  33.    off the directory you put CIRCULAR.EXE in.  Circular File 
  34.    does not write to ANY system files(such as WIN.INI or 
  35.    SYSTEM.INI) and does not put any other files on your 
  36.    system.

  38. How to uninstall:
  39.    Delete the directory you put Circular File into. Delete 
  40.    the directory that Circular File used for storing files.
  41.    (CIRCULAR by default)
