  1. AccClip is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  2. to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  3. friends, and copy to bulletin boards, but do not give it away
  4. altered or as part of another system. The  original ZIP file
  5. must not be modified.  AccClip must be registered within 30
  6. days of continuous use, see REGISTER.FRM

  8. Anyone distributing AccClip for any kind of remuneration must
  9. first contact OFF THE WALL SOFTWARE at the address below for
  10. authorization.  This authorization will be automatically
  11. granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to
  12. its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors
  13. may begin offering AccClip immediately. Users receiving
  14. AccClip thru a distributor have paid for "distribution" costs
  15. only.  The regular registration fee for AccClip is still
  16. in effect.
