  10.       Kidware refers to all programs distributed on the Kidware diskette.                                  
  11.       
  12.       Kidware is Copyright (c) 1992, WordSmith Document Design Inc., 
  13.       St. John's NF Canada A1B 3M9.
  14.  
  15.       Kidware is distributed under the Shareware software concept. Non-
  16.       registered users of Kidware are granted a limited license to use
  17.       Kidware for a brief period, to decide if the program is of value.
  18.  
  19.       Any other use of Kidware or use past this period requires registra-
  20.       tion. Non-registered copies of Kidware used by a business or 
  21.       any educational institution are forbidden.
  22.  
  23.       A limited license is granted to copy Kidware for the
  24.       purpose of allowing others to try it. However, the 
  25.       following conditions apply:
  26.  
  27.         Kidware must be distributed in unmodified form, including 
  28.         ALL programs, documentation, and other files.
  29.  
  30.         Bulletin Board system operators may post Kidware on their BBS for
  31.         downloading by their users. Distributors of Shareware and Public Domain software
  32.         may distribute Kidware without written permission. Individuals may
  33.         copy the programs for friends and colleagues.

  48.       accepted for payment, as well as  purchase orders 
  49.       for amounts of $39.90 and over.

  128.       stitutional) use of Kidware must be registered. Volume discounts and
  129.       site licenses are available.

  137.       In the over 30 category, we provide a site licence, which includes
  138.       instruction sheets, but only two master diskettes.
