  1. Sometimes after i connect using trumpet winsock (slip) I then click on the 
  2. qws3270 icon and it sometimes takes a very long time for the program to come 
  3. up.  Also somtimes the same thing happens when i click on any other icon such
  4. as winirc.exe.   any info would help.. please reply via email...

  6. Also if you know how to connect to a ftp site using the ftp program for 
  7. winsock I would appreciate an answer on how to connect to a ftp site that 
  8. happens to have a port along with its IP address.  How do i specify a port?   
  9. I tried just typing the ip address space port but it does not work..  thanks

  26. The latest Mosaic--I realize it's in alpha form--always crashes on me.  Does anyone 
  27. else have this problem?  Just checking that it's the program, not
  28. my system.  It seems to crash not write away, but after a few
  29. GIF requests.

  57. I saw this fix on the net some time ago, but the question has been
  58. repeated several time so I will repeat the answer.

  60. In your qvtnet.ini file, under the section [console] add or modify the
  61. following line:
