  36. Be absolutely sure that the active DNS servers specified are pingable and
  37. really DNS servers.  If they are not then the program will wait indefinitely
  38. for a DNS response and will appear to have crashed.  If this should occur
  39. then press <ctrl> <alt> <delete> to show the task manager, highlight DNS
  40. Resolver and select "End Task".
